PrimoCache with Defer-Write might keep your log file in RAM if you have large enough cache. However, I wonder the most time is taken by Regex processing, not the file access.

Theoretically, it is possible. However, practically, it's very slow to allocate RAM from Windows when you specify the address range.

Edit: I know PrimoCache works at block level, but I don't know if it's NOT possible to do this, so I suggested anyway, since I'm talking about prefetching, not caching.
