Usually hybrid-disks are slower than pure ramdisks. So if possible, just using a pure ramdisk instead of a hybrid-disk. And since you also use the ramdisk as temp storage for applications, it's better to use the SCSI type instead of DirectIO for better compatibility. Some applications may not recogn...

Sometimes Windows Fast Startup causes the PrimoCache L2 cache to be reset or verified on Windows boot-up. So, for those who have such L2 issues, there is an option to quickly turn off fast startup.
