Pause your cache before doing any backup. Primocache will cache all the recent read and push out your most of current cached data. I used acronis myself and know this behavior.

no problem. I would have thought it be easy to add caching for optical drives.

I know that Primocache meant for caching hard drives but would it be possible to add read and write cache feature optical drives such at Blu Ray RW.

Is it feasible to compress the Users (profile) folder as well?

Been using diskeeper with primocache for longest. Use with effecient mode and pretty much optimize your hard disk awhile keep the L2 cache intact. Using full auto defrag isn't a good idea since cách retention suck. Get push out l2 cách often.

It the default power management setting and don't ask for password on wakeup from sleep. Windows update especially semi-annual one have been known additional power setting.
