Mradr,
Can you elaborate on what you just said? My system is different from yours and naturally will behave differently. I use Diskeeper 2011 with Fancycache. So tell me what is your system configuration is like?

Re: Ram usage
That is weird. But anyway, v.7.0 - v.7.2 will eat up all my free ram and Diskeeper would not release the ram once its finish defragmenting.
I just happy that v.8 have a different behavior. What ever was change in the code does the trick.

Re: Ram usage
Here my update to the ram usage when using L2 SSD and Diskeeper 2011 with version .80 I am pretty happy with the result. No longer during defragmentation does Fancycahe takes up all my free ram and making Windows 7 page out. During defrag the free ram hover around 1.5 to 2GB of memory left. That all...

Re: Does Defer write work?
Hello Support,
Can you provide us an estimated number on the progress of L2 rework. I do understand that changing the design of the caching takes time.
I am not asking for ET ( estimate time) when it is releasing but a percentage of the WIP.
Thanks,
minhgi

Re: Lincense expire in Windows 8 Consumer Preview
Thanks Support. That did not work, but what I did got it to work was to install an older version 0.7.0 to get it to work and then update to 0.7.2.
I back up and running on my Lenovo X220T with Windows 8 CP w/ Fancycache and Primo. =)

Re: FC-D slowes down system after a while
For whatever reason if the SSD L2 assign a number of Gigabtye, then that much will be taken up by ram. Just a bug. I hope that can be iron with the next version. Supposely with L2 SSD persistence cache included. My last laptop never have this problem. I am really looking forward to the next release =)
