I changed the WaitToKillServiceTimeout (Registry) from 5 sec in Windows 11 to 60 sec and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Primocache Low Hit Rate and/or Resetting?
I am getting low hit rate with Primocache. I am wondering if Windows 11 is shutting down prematurely. Do you have any idea what's going wrong?
It's caching C: to improve boot speed, but not use up write cycles needlessly.
