Excellent article! This should be posted on the web! M2 SSD's running at PCIe 4.0 interface are SO FAST these days that anything other than pure memory is gonna be slower for PrimoCache. It can also support RAID drives created with SoftRAID. Another cool piece of software that let's you RAID any drive without using specialized hardware. Works even better than Intel and AMD RAID on their latest motherboards.

By using PrimoCache 4.1.0 along with SoftRAID on a pair of Corsair MP600 I'm getting 19.000MB/s of writes up to 38GB and then a wooping 9000MB/s due to the SoftRAID.
