Nick7 is right. That's fine if it's read-only

Re: PrimoCache performance on PCIe 4.0 vs 3.0? Slot 1 vs 2?

It depends on the SSD itself. Currently most nvme SSDs support PCIe 3.0x4 which speed limits to 4GB/s in theory. Some SSDs now support PCIe 4.0, and their speed beyond 4GB/s.

Re: Resizable windows

File dialogs in Windows XP don't remember their size natively. We created a new feature request for your problem. But I'm afraid that this might not be implemented soon.

Re: About Defer-Write and the risk of data loss on power outage

Defer-write reorders the write order, combining adjacent writes together to improve write speed. Thank you for your suggestions. We will consider them in the future.

Re: L1 to L2

We don't find any problems in this screenshot. 1.15GB is the data to be written (requested by Windows or other applications). If L1 writes to L2, Total Write(L2) will increase and Free Cache(L2) will also change.

Re: L1 to L2

We have tested it according to your response, but we did not find the same problem as yours. We'd like to see how the cache is confi...

(not just the first few GB like I have currently) A: Yes. With Defer-Write, your writing performance should be improved. Howe...

The problems between L1 Cache and L2 Cache

1.Q: Does the L1 cache get flushed to L2 cache before it finally gets flushed into the source/destination? A: No, L1 is directly flushed to target disks. After flushed, these data are still kept in L1. In v4.x, PrimoCache add an option to allow flushing L1 to L2 when L1 is full and latency has not e...
