Utilizing one of your SSDs as a level 2 cache might smooth out those performance hiccups, particularly with file relinking and project loading times which can be a real pain with Adobe's quirks.

PrimoCache might be messing with your speeds due to its own overhead. Double-check those settings and monitor your CPU usage during transfers. Also, your SSDs might not be jiving well with extra caching.

Absolutely, Primocache can help! It'll use your RAM to keep write speeds more consistent, even when the SSD's own cache is full. Just watch your RAM usage.

Definitely sounds like a driver issue. Update those, especially for USB devices. And check for malware, just in case. For the mouse, try a different port or replace the battery if it's wireless.
