What block the Primo Pro release?

What's the planned release date for Primo Server? I am on VSuite Server, and Adobe Audition fills up my 24GB RAM very quickly when recording and processing audio. After quitting Audition, the memory is not released because VSuite does not support dynamic deallocation. I also cannot install Primo Pro with my VSuite Server licence because it refuses to install on Windows Server 2008 R2. Thanks!
