I am testing Primo Ramdisk on Server 2019 currently.
It has happened now several times that after cold booting the machine the Ramdisk does not show up. I have to perform a reboot and after that the Ramdisk is back.
There are not entries on in the event log and machine shutdown and start was normal. So normally there should be no reason for the Ramdisk not to show up.

Do you use the SCSI disk type? If yes, how about using the DirectIO type?

Correct, It is set to SCSI. I'll switch to DirectIO temporarily to check if the issue will arise as well.
