Cache not working for Java (Apache Tomcat)

Hi,
We installed Primo Cache Server Edition 2.4.0 but don't see cache hit during usage.
Now we check with disc benchmark software (Atto Disc Benchmark) and found that the cache is only active while using Direct I/O.
As Java don't use Direct I/O is it possible to configure Primo Cache caching non Direct I/O file accesses?

Edit: We tried 3.0.2 (Beta) with the same results. Used OS is Windows Server 2016.
