0.9.2 Crash during vmware disk expansion

When I was expanding a virtual disk under VMWARE, from 40g to 80 on a physical disk that was cached, the rxfcv.sys crashed. Minidump is uploaded. The file is called 111213-93288-01.dmp.

This bug shall have been fixed in version 0.9.8
