I'm using an NVME as a cache for a raid 0 i made in storage spaces. But the "Free Cache (L2)" and it doesn't clear up when it's done writing files to the disk. Normally it would start clearing the space and free it up when it was done copying files to it and has flushed them to the large disk. But since i reinstalled windows, and made a new cache for it, it just keeps being filled up, and then it doesn't really work, as when the space is occupied, the speed gets slow.
anybody know how to resolve this?

as you see it doesn't start flushing. It just does nothing.

Re: "Free cache (L2)" Not clearing up
Usually it's not necessary to clear up the cache after you flush deferred write-data, because these cached data still can accelerate reading when Windows/applications need to read them. The cache space occupied by these data can also be quickly arranged for caching new write-data, so performance shall not be affected much.
If you really want to free cached space after flush, you may check the option "Free Cache on Written" in the Advanced Defer-Write Options dialog from the cache configuration.
