i have a program that i placed in the ram disk BUT this program creates several DLL's and tmp files within the C:\windows\System32 folder , is it possible to point individual files (DLL's) to the Ramdisk? any issues with place DLLs is ram disk?

I think it depends on if the program you are using allows to customize the paths for DLL and tmp files.
