for exampe HDD speed is around 100 MBps, HDD IOps is around 100. that means no need to cache read operations greater than 1 MB. or 2 MB depending of certain disk This doesn't really make sense to me. Even if the file is only 1MB it will be faster to read off of an SSD or NVMe. optimisation? tuning ...
